I have more time on my hands for training at the moment with scheduled days, i.e Mon, Wed, Fri than squeezing in the extra GPP day due to school runs, work comitments, and other factors. I’m just wondering if say 7mins AMRAP Chin-ups and 25min SS conditioning could be added onto the end of say a Mon workout then Ab work onto the end of Wed workout? Would this be ok or not optimal?
That would be just fine! Good way to make it work with your schedule.
