Are there detrimental effects to my general health, but especially to my training goals, if I am often a mouth breather? I’ve seen a lot of popular content (blogs/Youtube) on the negative impact it could have on one’s quality of life, but is it true? I often wake up with a dry mouth/throat from it, but I don’t think I have sleep apnea.
Assuming you don’t have an issue like sleep apnea or nasal obstruction from a deviated septum, I don’t know what “negative impact on quality of life” these people are talking about.
