In summary, I was just feeling beat up with my thighs and a drag every time squat session would come around. I felt like I was going in a negative direction where I was taking weight off the bar for the next 2 weeks. I got through week5 and It might not have been the recommended action to take, but I decided to take a week off and restart the Bridge 1.0 fresh. I was more conservative with my squat numbers and RPE targets. I am now at week6 after restarting and I feel much better. On Tues I got to do the first instance of heavy 1 rep set and really enjoyed it. I am continuing to add weight on all my lifts and the soreness has subsided.

Bench 222->232
DL 409->435
Press 148->161
Total 60lb gain
