Time Crunch tempalte question

Hi,

I’m running your excellent time-crunch template–hoping to resume more normal training later this year. A quick question about the exercises slotted for Day 2 of Week 5: Two-count paused squats are followed by 3-0-3 tempo squats. I was wondering (hoping!) it’s a mistake, and that one of those squat exercises was intended for Day 3 of Week 5?

Hi Codger, That is in fact the correct movement selection. Getting ALL the squats in, but the good news is that you get to select your own weight for those tempo squats. :slight_smile:

Just finished week 5, it gets a lot less time crunchy.
