I am running The Bridge but with an emphasis on the OHP rather than the Bench (Letting some bicep tendon issues go away). I’ve attempted to press inside the rack but noticed rather suddenly that I bang the plates off the top of the squat rack which eliminates my hopes for standard pin pressing. I’ve dragged a bench in before and done pin press seated but feels super weird basically cutting off half your body. Will limiting my press variations to the pause press and press starts completely annihilate all my gainzZz? Also thoughts on seated pressing? Other pressing variations I may not be thinking of?
Honestly between the lineups for the racks, banned video recording and minor annoyances like rack height I’m about 1 bad day away from buying my own rack lol.
