Took 6 months off due to medical issue

I wasn’t sure whether to post this here or on the training forum. I took 6 months off due to a medical issue (severe benzodiazepine withdrawals) and I lived an extremely sedentary lifestyle during that time. I’m now looking to get back into training and a regular life routine.

During my peak strength and physique right before I stopped training, my lifts were 465x5, 275x5, and 585x5 on the squat, bench press, and deadlift respectively (all @8 at a bodyweight of about 150lbs and 10% bodyfat). I’m currently about 165lbs and estimated 25% body fat. This was my first week back in the gym and my lifts were 315x5, 175x5, 405x5 on squat/bench/deadlift.

I looked through the BBM templates and I wasn’t sure which to pick. Would the beginner template be the best one since I’ve had an extended layoff and have basically zero work capacity right now? Thank you for your time.
