I am coming out of a full 1-year layoff from barbell training and will start training again on Monday. I want to try out one of the BBM templates and I’m wondering which would be right for my situation. Most recently I ran an LP with SSOC. Should I start with the Beginner Template or something else? My goal is to get big and strong as efficiently as possible.
I would recommend the Beginner Template in this case. Welcome back
