Is it possible to to train the biceps at the shoulder joint in addition to the elbow joint? Similar to the way RDL, etc. trains hamstrings, I was wondering about something like supinated front raises with a slightly flexed elbow.
If you flex both joints during a biceps curl, for example, you’d train the biceps action on the shoulder joint. Doing front raises in any fashion probably doesn’t train the biceps that much.
