Strength in specific ranges of motion

This is going to be a weird question but i’m into competitive armwrestling so it’s relevant in this sport.

If one wants their bicep strong at an arm angle of 20-30 degrees (quite closed) then is it very beneficial and should they spend most of their time doing partial range of motion (top range) curls and static holds at their desired angle as opposed to full ROM curls?

I know it’s not what most people are into here but in this sport most people don’t have the qualifications that you guys do and I find everyone just contradicts eachother on training information and philosophies.

I’d probably do both, but yes, some partial ROM stuff would be helpful IMO.

Thank you
