What templates/programming do you recommend when one trains with focus on health, strength and looking good (in this prioritization order) ?
I’m not interested in powerlifting and neither resting more than 4 minutes between sets. I’m also not a huge bench fan (at least not for higher intensities), the programs I have enjoyed more were HLM and 12 week press template. I see there are some new templates and I wonder which templates would best fit in my goals.
