Just one question about training with fever. Last couple of days i got sick (stuffed nose, fever, headache) and missed 1 week of training. Since yesterday fever dropped to 37 degrees (98.65 fahrenheit). I have a meet coming up April 7, so how long should i wait before a start training again? It is ok to go training with that temperature since i feel ok? I’m just a little cautious not to make things worse.
Any advice?

My thinking is that if you can train it is safe to train. No matter what.
