Did a search and couldn’t find anything, but I’m sure you’ve been asked before: do you have specific recommendations around training with or immediately after contracting covid? I don’t have it (knock on wood) but it seems to be going around and have friends that seem to be catching it again. The obvious answer is probably surrounding symptoms (no one really wants to work out when exhausted with body aches and fever/chills), but I’m curious if there are any precautions like there are with myocarditis.
