Training with COVID-19

Hi guys,

Just got diagnosed with COVID-19, however, I have a home gym (that only I lift at) and want to keep training during my isolation. Can I do this? Thanks in advance.

You can do whatever you want, of course.

But to address what I suspect you’re actually asking, the benefits of exercise generally outweigh the risks in such a situation, assuming you feel well enough to do it.

Austin - is this advice still valid? I have seen some articles warn of the potential for myocarditis for those that exercise with COVID. I am extremely healthy and was just diagnosed. Have very mild symptoms and want to train.
