I’m not sure if this ist the right forum for this.
So on Monday evening I dropped a 15kg Plate on my left thumb toe.
I went to the doctor on Tuesday morning. It’s broken.
The diagnoses is in German and my English is not good enough to translate it in medical terms.
The Phalanx distalis is fractured but not displaced.
The doctor said not to load or stress the forefoot for at least 4 weeks.
How to I train around a broken toe?
Any tips are welcome.
