Woke up this morning with gastro symptoms (going to the toilet and barely eating, joints aching and just feel fluey) and ironically it’s day 3 of week 13 of the strength. Should I push through and do the session somehow or recover and do the session in a day or 2.

Training while sick in a public gym is not a good idea from a public health standpoint. If you’re training at home and think you can tolerate being active, we’d encourage you to do so- decreasing the intensity and/or volume as necessary and leaning heavily on autoregulation.
