Treadmill setting for Endurance Template

Hi Docs,

I’ve seen no discouragement from using a treadmill for GPP work which is great because I don’t have the best outdoor running options. Am I right in thinking it’s best to use a 1-2% incline to more closely mimic the effort of road running? Would you program a higher incline than this?

I don’t have a specific recommendation for incline %, but if you prefer the 1-2% grade, I’m cool with that.
