What programming for 1/2 Marathon training

I’m going to start half marathon training this week but want to continue lifting. The schedule will be M/W/F lift and T/Th/Sat/Sun running. I’ll probably being doing right around 20 miles a week. Also likely of note will be I’ll be in a calorie deficit trying to lose weight.

So my question is what program do you think would be appropriate for this schedule of lifting and running? Endurance is the first that comes to mind but I’ll be on a run specific program for the 4 run days and wasn’t sure if the endurance template would be appropriate in that case.

I have run the bridge and 3d gpp hypertrophy templates in the past so I already have the gpp template if that would be appropriate.

I have a feeling just run the template and rely on RPE to gauge lifting is the answer but have never run distances this long and lifted at the same time.

I would run the endurance template and sub in your run-specific conditioning there.

Perfect! Template purchased and I’ll report back how it goes after. Already looking like it will be much easier on my legs given the volume of running I’ll be doing compared to gpp hypertrophy so pretty excited for that.
