12 week strength template - angle incline question and gpp modification

Hi guys,

I bought the 12 week strength template and I’m looking forward to start in the New Year. I have 2 questions.

On day 3, you recommend a close grip incline bench. What angle do you prefer?

Also, I plan on training MWTF. On Sundays I usually play tennis for 1,5 hours. Do you think this will slow down my strength progress? And if I play tennis, should I change anything for the GPP or just do it as written?

I like a 30* angle or so for incline stuff.

I also don’t expect that 1x/wk tennis will significantly alter your results and thus, it probably doesn’t necessitate a change in programming either.
