Hey BBM crew,
I am currently using the 12 week strength program and am 9 weeks into it. I’d like to focus on incline press during the next cycle since this is an exercise that has always been a weak on for me. My question is if it would be as simple as replacing all comp bench/flat bench variations with the comparable incline version or no? I am not training for any meets nor will I be in the future so lift specificity isn’t an issue.
