Tweaks for BBII (3day)

Hi Jordan,

I’m about to start BBII 3day in a quick weightloss phase. I want to minimize leg development while still staying as close to the template as possible (want to keep it simple as I need to remotivate myself for training).

I was thinking I’d cut the main leg lift reps in half and the accessories by 1/3. What do you think?

Personally, I’d recommend not modifying the template, as this would be the most simple move and you’re unlikely to see much in the way of growth in this nutritional context. I also think preserving muscle mass is important during weight loss phases, which would be best supported by preserving training volume.

That all being said, none of this is going to matter over ~ 4-6 weeks, so you could make this change if you want!
