I realize this is probably of little true importance in my long term gainz, but just play along…
currently doing a very simple U/L split until I feel like doing Strength 1 template. I just do monday/thur-pressing, tues/fri-squatting/pulling. Would chins fit better with upper body, since they mostly do lats and arms, or would they go better with lower body squats and pulls since its mostly posterior?
