Understanding fatigue values on the templates

Hello BBM crew,
Is there an article or resource you could point me in the direction of for understanding what the fatigue numbers mean on the template (I’m currently working with the hypertrophy template)? The data is great but I’m really not certain how to interpret or use it correctly. I don’t want to just “google” it and possibly get misinformation not backed by the BBM coaches.

I too would like to know this! Everything in the templates made sense except this

I believe they are now redundant. They were once used, now no longer used. Unfortunately they were never removed from the templates so sometimes can create confusion.

I believe BBM are redoing the templates and so the updated ones hopefully should not contain them.
