I have 6 ‘45lb’ plates in my home gym. In reality it is, 2 x 42.8, 3 x 43.6, 1x 48.8. I make sure to load the most similar ones together on lifts where i dont need to use all six plates. My problem arises during deadlifting. Due to the discrepancy of the weights, i can feel an imbalance when performing a deadlift. Will this ~3kg imbalance cause me issues, or should i just pretend as if i never weighed the plates? Whenever i deadlift, i make sure i have loaded the plates on the opposite side of the bar from last time so that i am not overworking one side only week after week. Fyi, my e1rm has decreased a fair amount on the deadlift only since using my home gym.
