Currently living in a campervan and hitting protein has been tough however, I’ve found that the 5oz store bought light tuna packets really help get my lunch up in the protein category.
My question is, is there an upper limit to the amount of packaged tuna one can/should consume? I have some recollection that in certain areas there’s limits on fish from lakes, I think…
Just wanting to make sure I’m not about to start a bad habit for the next few years.
