Is a tin of tuna every day safe?

Hi guys,

I like to eat tinned tuna - it’s easy to make, quick to eat and has 27g protein per 112g can.

There is a lot of info floating around the web regarding ‘mercury poisoning’ and stuff like that - my question is, is it safe to eat a tin of tuna every day? If not, how may days per week would you recommend eating it? What would be a good substitute for days I’m not eating it?
