I’m not sure if this is the correct forum but I have a Rogue Monster Lite RML-390F rack (the one that doesn’t bolt down) and am wanting to do some lifts using bands. You are not supposed to use band pegs for this rack so I’m wondering if anyone has advice on how to attached the bands. I was thinking about using a heavy dumbbell on each side maybe.
