Warmup cold Garage

I live in germany and trough the winter it‘s very cold. I train in my homegym/garagegym where it’s most this time only 0 - 10* Celsius. I read your guideline/ saw your youtube videos about warmup but is this also recommended for a cold garage gym? Or should I do some other things first to get my boby warm before I start with the barbell?

I would just start with the barbell when it’s cold, but I’d probably do more sets before adding weight in order to get ‘warm’.

Thanks for your replay. So in my case also no special warmup before moving the barbell like a few mins of jumping or a ride with the ergometer?

I wouldn’t use jumps of any kind to warm up, but it’s fine with me if you want to ride the bike for a bit. It’s mostly personal preference.
