Warmup for SSNLP

How do you guys warm up for daily training on SSNLP.I can’t get the right amount of warmup sets and reps,sometimes i get tired while warming up and sometimes it feels like i didn’t do enough.Do you guys warm up doing the same number of reps for every warmup set of something else?

Two sets of five with the empty bar. Doesn’t matter how heavy you’re going to go. Then, even, consecutive increases in weight where you do a few sets of five during the lighter weights, then a few triples, then a single or two and you’re good. For example, say I’m gonna bench 275 for 5. I’ll do 2 sets of 5 with the bar, then 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 175 x 3, 215 x 3, 235 x 1, 255 x 1, then 275 x 5… Or something like that
