Sometimes, especially after deadlifts or squats where I’ve been bracing hard, I feel a “knot” or tight lump below the left side of my ribcage. Like tissue that got caught and pulled out of it’s normal place. It’s a dull pain and goes away in a minute or so of sitting or standing upright and feels normal again. Nothing terribly scary, but I was curious to know what that might be.
