Back/rib Pain While Squatting

Hi guys, for the past 8 weeks or so, I have been experiencing a unique back pain. I feel pain/pinching just below my left shoulder blade, and the pain feels like it wraps around my side to the front of my (left) ribs. Through experimentation I have noticed that it comes and goes when squatting heavier with a belt. It has never been an issue up until about 8ish or so weeks. It hurts when I take a deep breath sometimes. I have not made any notable changes to my technique at the time it first occurred. Up to the point the pain originated, I have been using the same belt for approx 6 months, without issue. I am right side dominant if that helps. Along with this comes left (only) bicep pain while heavy squatting. Any advise? I have been trying to make small tweaks here and there, but it keeps coming back when I squat.

I’d start with a video post to the FB group. Not much we can do based on this history alone, unfortunately.
