What next after Beginners

I am 5’7", 177 lbs, 39" waist, 61 years old. I have been training with weights for many years without much progress. I am currently doing the Beginners program because I had a painful minor tear in my subscapularis and did not lift for 6 weeks. The pain starting resolving when I got back to lifting.
I am liking the Beginners program and would like to know what program would be next. I am asking because of the Labor day sale. I need to lose fat and would like to have bigger muscles and stay strong.

Glad you’re having success so far. There are lots of options depending on individual goals and preferences - and to be honest, your stated goals of losing fat, increasing muscle mass and strength are essentially what everyone is after.

The full beginner template has 2 additional phases beyond the initial beginner block that you could use. Alternatively some of the less-specific templates (General Strength & Conditioning, Powerbuilding, HLM) may be good options moving forward as well. You also have the option of repeating weeks/templates that you have responded well to over time.
