35 M, haven’t lifted for approximately 2 months now. The beginner template is great and the furthest I got was phase 2, but something in life gets in the way then I fall off the wagon. The problem is most likely just me, but I wonder if changing the program will help me enjoy this more.
Restarting at phase 1 has been a nightmare and very boring.
Is it okay to do the powerbuilding program instead? Or restart at phase 2? Or would you recommend just powering through phase 1 of the beginner template again.
I feel like I’ll never graduate from beginner program at this rate.
