Hey guys,
i was wondering what template would be good to use after the beginner prescription.I liked it and actually did it twice for a total of 8 weeks.My main goal for the next few months is to focus on building more muscle.Would the 3 day hypertrophy be a good choice?I’m not sure if i should do something before hypertrophy like the bridge?

Buy the template, run it for as long as you can while still making significant progress, then get the GPP, Powerlifting I, Strength I, Hypertrophy I, or Endurance I template dependent on your goals.
