In line with the topic, I also purchased a new template during the big sale (STR II) to prepare for the inevitable switch to a 4x/week strength training schedule…
I noticed that the volume in that template is waaaaay more than what I can tolerate now.
That said, I’m pretty sure it will be a while before I do 4x/week, but what other “signs” (if any, besides stalling) would we look for to determine that 4x/week training is needed to continue with strength improvements?
