Which program progression is better?

If given the choice, would it be better to run :
Hypertrophy I > Strength I
OR
Powerbuilding I > Powerbuilding I

Which setup would you predict to give the largest lean body mass and 1rm strength increase at the end (@assuming both are ran on a slight caloric surplus)

I wouldn’t predict any difference in LBM or strength necessarily, as individuals respond differently to a given program. That said, if you had great results on PB I, I’d be inclined to run it again…though if you had poor results, I wouldn’t.
