Winter Fluff

For reference - I am a 29 year old male lifter, 6 feet tall, 190lbs with 21% body fat.

I’ve noticed I’m slowly yet consistently been adding fat mass as opposed to muscle mass…I do not want this. Ultimately the goal is to be jacked and stacked and succulent, and admittedly I may have fallen off the nutritional wagon (then set it ablaze) during the holidays and following period of time. Would it make sense, after consulting the To Be a Beast article, for me to use the Fat Loss template/macros for the 200lb male lifter? Lose fat and stack on some muscle? Or am I chasing the dragon here?

For what it’s worth I’m running, and will probably end up running it several more times, the At home template with minimal equipment. Recently downloaded myFitnessPal too, which has been a great help.

Those recommendations are a starting point and may not be appropriate depending on what you’ve been consuming previously. I think it’s a fine place to start, but you’ll have to adjust based on feedback, e.g. weekly weight and waist measurements.
