I am not interested in powerlifting. As such I am not worried about my 1ct bench and, per the above thread, have been just doing regular TnG bench instead of 1ct comp bench. Currently in week 2.
My question is later in the program TnG bench is programmed in. Since I’m already doing TnG as my regular program, should I actually do 1ct bench when TnG is programmed, or just TnG bench when TnG is programmed as well as TnG on 1ct comp bench days?
