Just started the Strength I template, it’s the first pure strength template I’ve run. I don’t have any plans to ever compete in powerlifting - I just like driving up my 1RM to have some sort of goal to aim for in my training - so I’m wondering about the competition vs. TnG bench. Is it still worthwhile to do both as written if I don’t need to practice a paused bench for competition? Or should I replace it with another bench variation?
