I’m coming off LP and 6 weeks of shitty Texas Method results, and am now on week 6 of the bridge (and am blown away by the results, sheesh) and looking to purchase either GGP Hypertrophy 3 day or 12 week strength to follow this program up with. My question is, training 4x a week can get tricky for my schedule. The 12 week strength template page says it can modified to 3 days. Are those modifications explained in the template pdf? Sorry if this has been asked before in this forum, I could not find it. Thanks a bunch.
Leah: Thanks for explaining the 3-day modification. I just got the Strength Template 2.0 (it says v2.3). Reading the forums, it looks like Strength Template 1.0 at least had the 3-day modification built into the spreadsheet.
It would be super helpful to have the 3-day modification built into the Strength Template 2.0 and I think that’s what’s intended (it says it has a 3-day modification).
Can we request that they update the v2 template to add this back in? I know it’ll take some time, but thought I’d ask!
