12 week strength

Just bought 12 week strength. Looks great. Can only use on mobile, which is a searing pain in the ass, but hardly attributable to the template. However, cannot seem to find info on how to adapt the 4 day schedule to 3 days. Any help would be much appreciated.

What do you mean you can only use it on the mobile?
Theres instructions on the introduction if the trainee needs to change to 3 days a week.

In google sheets I couldn’t watch the video, or read any of the help toppics. In excel online it does seem to work, however when I click watch the video, it goes to a video about all the templates for fall 2017, not a video for the 12 week strength template. Nothing anywhere about modifying for 3 days

I can’t find the instructions on the new v2 templates, but the v1 templates said to do Day 1 and Day 2 as normal, and Day 3 is S-S1, S-B3, and S-D1
