12 week press template modified to 3 days.

Are there any recommended modifications that could be made to the 12 week press template to run 3 days a week vr 4? The original 12 week template had a note on how to run 3 days a week and the press template did not.

Also is anyone having trouble with the video links in the templates? I have gpp, hml, and the both 12 week strength templates and none of the videos work… I’m not sure if there is a problem with them being opened up in Numbers on a Mac.

The spreadsheet doesn’t really work in Numbers. I would upload it to G-Drive and open it in sheets.

You can do S-S1 + SP3 + SD1 on day 3 and skip everything else on days 3 and 4 .
