Where is the 3 day strength modification?

Hi all,

Can someone point me in the direction of the three day modification to the strength template? I’m currently on week 5 of the template and it is going great. However, I’m curious as to what the three day modification looks like and I can’t find it anywhere. I’ve been told it is described in the template but I can’t find it anywhere.
