I’m coming up on week 5 of the 12 week strength template.
On day 1, the squats and press are written as 4 reps for 5 sets, but on day 2 the deadlifts and bench press are written at 4 reps for 6 sets. I see that later day 1 and day 2 stop being consistent in terms of sets and reps, but they are for the first four weeks and continue to be for a few more weeks after, so I wanted to make sure this was right.
