12 wk strength -> hypertrophy template

I’m wrapping up my 12-wk strength program in a bit and plan to do the 7 wk hypertrophy one after as has often been suggested. I noticed today that the hypertrophy template doesn’t have a preceding low stress week like the strength and bridge programs… Do I not need one after week 12 of the strength program?
