Just finishing an excellent run through Powerbuilding II. I’ll then go on vacation for 3 weeks. I won’t be training with weights during that period. When I get back I’ll be running Powerlifting II for the first time. Would you recommend just diving straight into PL II and let the RPEs autoregulate lower intensities for the first 2-3 weeks, or would it be better to run the first 2-3 weeks of your novice template prior to PL II?
