Hello, I was recommended the beginner template by Austin because I had a 4 month lapse in training. Previous to that I had 1.5 years without any missed days running 12 week strength, 7 week hypertrophy and some other templates.
When I finish the beginner template in the 12 or more weeks, would it be bad if I switched to Powerbuilding 2? Do you believe that would be too much volume for me to accomodate in such a short time? Before my training lapse I was feeling great running these templates 4 days a week. Is this something I should determine after I finish this template and see where I am at? Thanks again.
