I am looking to redirect my sport activities towards new grounds, such as swimming, badminton, something more of an ”athletic” variety than the old powerlifting in the cellar routine, and also something more social.
I am successfully ending the 12 week strength template and am looking at the 7 week GPP 2.0. Would you have any recommendations if one would like to do something else for conditioning than rowing or running?
Personally, I have a mental goal of making sports a little more fun and thus a more sustainable activity for myself, but without compromising much from a sound programming.
