So I have two questions the first being I never did an lp and am 8 months into semi serious training could the beginner template work for me if the volume is similar to what I’m already doing? The second question could I possibly run it as a 4 day? I’m more used to that schedule and it works with my life. I was thinking of using the basic template outline from RTS classroom or using the lower/upper template from the RTS book. It shouldn’t have a huge impact considering it’s really only an organizational tool, but I wanted some second opinions. Obviously some of the slots wouldn’t be full and I can put any GPP there.
I don’t think the first phase of the beginner template is for you if you’re already training, so I’d recommend starting on phase 2. If you want to break it up into 4 days, that’s fine with me.
