Greetings docs, in about a week and a half I’m going to be left with only about 45 minutes to train due to a very long work week. That will land me in block 2 week 2 of hypertrophy I gen 2. The strategy I’ve been thinking of to not miss a week of training is to skip the back off sets of the first two lifts, myo-rep the third lift, and skip the accessory work. Call it week 1.5 or something. Any suggestions, thoughts, or snide remarks?

IF YOU WANTED IT BAD ENOUGH, YOU’D QUIT YOUR JOB AND FIND A WAY! (/sarcasm)
I think this is actually a very good strategy. You could also superset the exercises and maintain training load (e.g. not cutting volume) if you wanted. With your current setup, I’d repeat the week at “full strength” if your situation is going to be temporary.

I don’t know how busy the gym will be at 4:45 am, but I will try to superset things if I can. Thanks Jordan.
