Coming from PB2 I really liked the idea of 1@8 in the last 4 weeks.
As a PLer in the “offseason?” would it make sense to add some singles in Hypertrophy2 to help with load selection and maintain the “skill” of singles?

I would not recommend this until you have a meet on the books in the next 3-4 months and thus, would be changing training anyway.
Is this because once we get into the higher 8 rep range, basing load off of a 1@8 becomes less accurate?
